Loaded Meatballs

500g Mince
1 Courgette
1 Onion
1 Capsicum
1 TBP Sweet Chili Sauce Seasoning of choice
Italian herbs
 
 
 
The seasoning I use is pepper and me man grind also I use Italian stallion from them also.

Method:

Step One: Dice the courgette, Capsicum & onion and place into a bowl. You can also grate the courgette if you prefer

Step Two: Add mince to the bowl with the vegetables & mix together with your hands!

Step Three: Once mixed together add in the sauce, cheese & Italian herbs. Once all the ingredients are in the bowl mix until all ingredients are combined.

Step Four: Preheat oven to 170 fan bake. Prepare an oven tray for the meatballs. You may want to place the baking paper onto the tray for easy cleaning.

Step Five: Roll the mixture into balls and place on an oven tray. You can roll the balls into any size that you want that suits you! Once rolled drizzle sweet chilli sauce over the top of each meatball. 

Step Six: Place into oven and cook for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes check the meatballs to see if they are cooked through. If they are not cooked put them back in the oven until they are ready. Cooking times vary on the size of the meatballs

Step Seven: Once the meatballs are cooked serve up with your choice of sides.

Side suggestions: Roast vegetables, Frozen vegetables, Mashed potato, Mashed Kumara. You can have whatever you like with these delicious meatballs.
