Melz Super Oats 

1/2 C Oats 
1 C Milk
2 TBS Chia Seeds 
1 TBS Ground Flaxseed 
1 TBS Sugar-Free maple syrup
1/2 TSP Cinnamon 
Fruit on top - Optional 



Step One: In a microwave-proof bowl add the oats, Cinnamon , Maple syrup, Flax-seed & Milk. Mix together till combined.

Step Two: Cook in the microwave for 90 seconds. Stir and cook for a further 30 seconds or until oats are cooked the way you like.

Step Three: Stir through the Chia seeds & top with fruit of your choice.
