Melz Protein Balls 

Wet Ingredients:
2 C Oats 
2 TBS Chia Seeds 
1 TBS Ground Flaxseed 
1 C shredded coconut 
1 C Dark Chocolate chips 
1/4 C Vanilla Protein 
Dry Ingredients:
2 TBS Vanilla Essence 
1 C Sugar-Free maple syrup



Step One: In a large bowl combine all the dry ingredients and mix well 

Step Two: Add  the wet ingredients to the dry mixture and mix well

Step Three: Place in the fridge to chill for 15-20 minutes 

Step Four: Once chilled roll into the size balls you want. 

Step Five: Store in a container in the fridge. These will last up to 7 days.
